I am offering you an opportunity to buy some of my oil paintings. Prints of different sizes are also available. Most of my painting are class studies, or interpretations of others works such as a study of a harbor scene, by Childe Hassam. The paintings I chose to study and paint, provided me with an opportunity to use exciting colors, to learn about shapes, and light as well as shadows. I chose themes that offered a sense of spaciousness within, as well as without

As a child, I spent hours drawing horses. I was intrigued with their beauty, power and wildness. I watched them with eyes of wonder and curiosity. Nobody critiqued me, neither did I judge my results, I just enjoyed the doing. Overtime I lost some of that ease, and didn’t draw or paint for many years. It doesn’t matter whether I draw or paint horses again, however, I want to recapture some of that earlier freedom in expressing.
