This time we welcome Louise Crooks, a dynamic and heart-centered business coach working with and helping professionals in the health and wellbeing field. Louise will address what it means to live a truly authentic life, as well as how our living authentically impacts not only ourselves, but the people around us and the world at large. We will discuss how when we are living authentically, we are aligned and are more apt to select a vocation we love, thus our work is more fulfilling. When we are authentic in our lives we give up playing “roles” and are more engaged with people, and with life in general. Louise will also give us some pointers on what we can do to become more authentic, how we can tell when we are not being true to ourselves.
