    Archetype refers to the broad patterns of human behavior that are familiar to us all. Examples of archetypes that have come into our vernacular include the inner child, the victim, the addict, the saboteur and the hero. As the term implies, an archetype is an overarching template for understanding different roles and energies we engage in throughout life. Today Rebecca will focus on the victim and the saboteur and address the alliance between the two. She will teach to claim our power in healthy ways, become more conscious, and learn to trust our intuition.

    It is almost sacrilegious to think that happiness is not for everyone, however look around you, how much happiness and laughter do you see? Maybe happiness is not for everyone, but I say it is possible for everyone to be happy! Where is the truth? If we have an intrinsic ability to be happy, why would we not choose it? It is not only a gift reserved for the few. If that is the case; why then are so few of us happy? I will identify some of those obstacles preventing happiness and some proven tools that will help overcome those obstacles.

    Previously we discussed an inherited God, one that was passed down when we were too young to question. This type of inheritance leaves us discontented with our relationship with the Divine. This discontent should not to be considered a negative because it fuels initiative which creates the underpinnings necessary to push us forward on our search.

    In “The Road Less Travelled”, Scott Peck says the God of our youth is second hand. Just like family recipes are passed down, it is the same with God. Peck adds it is imperative that we search and create an up close and personal relationship with God, which evolves with us throughout our lives.
